We're Finally Home

After 5 days of traveling we are finally home. Last Wednesday we picked up Kevin's Mom from the airport and drove straight to California to visit her brother who is in the hospital. We had such a great visit with his Uncle and his family we didn't want to leave. Thankfully he is doing much better and will be able to come home soon.

We were able to stop by the New Port Beach for a minute, 15 to be exact, out of all the change in my purse I only had 1 quarter. Being there brought back memories of going to the beach with Uncle Bud and Uncle Ron and their families. I love the beach!

We made a quick stop to see the newest Crazy Baby in Hysteria. I can't believe how much red hair she has. She is the cutest Strawberry Shortcake ever. She can already talk and said that her favorite Aunt is Aunty Kay, sorry Kiana.

After a 30 min pit stop in Las Vegas we headed to Mesquite where we stayed Friday night. The next morning we drove to St. George for Alex's Baptism and Fat Man's Blessing. Alex was so handsome in his white jumpsuit. Fat Man was totally adorable in his whites as well. It was good that they blessed Fat Man the same day as Alex, a couple more weeks and they would have to put him on a chair or have at least 20 guys in the circle.lol. After the Baptism/Blessing we went to the park for lunch and fun in the sun.

Saturday night we went to Dominique's 2nd College Football Game where they totally smashed New Mexico 38-3. I was trying to concentrate on the game but I couldn't keep my eyes off the cheerleaders who where being dropped left and right. As well as the Hoochie Mamas dressed up for the club not a football game. I think I have Sports ADD. Slowly but surely I am starting to understand whats going on on the field. Anyway back to Dominique, he played an awesome game and had a couple of really good sacks, I think that's what their called. Fun was had by all.

Not a bad run for a young Dixie team against a NCAA div I team.
